SEDGEFORD HISTORICAL  AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCH PROJECT

OUR RESEARCH AREAS

The Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project is a long-term, multi-period, multi-disciplinary research project set up to investigate the entire range of human settlement and land-use in a typical north-west Norfolk parish, from the earliest times to the present day. Currently one of the largest archaeological projects in Britain, our work encompasses a multitude of sites and a wide range of historical and archaeological techniques.

There is no point in doing this research if it never finds its way into the public domain. Here at SHARP we have a number of different avenues of publication, and this section of the website represents just one of them.
