Microsoft Word Document only - Please print double sided if possible.

If you wish, please contact Brenda in advance to enquire about availability. Places are not secured until payment is received (deposit for week attendance / full fee for day courses).

Complete your application form carefully and post it to:

IMPORTANT: As we are a Registered Charity we ask that you enclose an A5 or A4 2nd class stamped self-addressed envelope with your Application Form so that we can return further details of the Project and specific fieldwork and course details to you. You will need this information to be able to take up your place with the Project.

Since the introduction by the post office of "large letter" postage, please ensure that all envelopes to SHARP or SAE back to yourself have the correct postage. This applies to A4 and thickly packed A5 envelopes. Actual details can be obtained from any post office.

2007 FEES

PAYMENTS

IMPORTANT: Payment in full for the Summer Season, covering both subsistence and course fees, by 1st June 2007. Failure to do so will result in your place being offered to another volunteer immediately after that date.

Cheques should be made payable to SHARP.

Reduced fees are available to students and the unwaged (proof of status may be required) at the rates shown above.

A deposit of £35 or payment in full for both facilities and course fees should be enclosed with your completed Application Form in order to secure your place on the Project/courses. Places for both the fieldwork in general and the courses are limited and demand is high. Places will be allocated on a first-come/first-served basis. DEPOSITS ARE NON-RETURNABLE ONCE A PLACE HAS BEEN ALLOCATED.
