SEDGEFORD HISTORICAL  AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCH PROJECT

S.H.A.R.P. Recommended Reading List

The books listed on this page are examples of recommended reading for our courses and archaeology in general. We do not expect students to supply their own course books but you may benefit from reading, or having access to, some literature in your chosen area of study.

Please contribute to S.H.A.R.P's resouces

Course Links

Most of the books here are linked direct to the Amazon website using our 'Amazon Associates' ID. This means any purchase you make through the links here directly earns S.H.A.R.P. a commission in Amazon vouchers which we can use to but more course books and equipment for the project. Books may be purchased anywhere, and may well be different prices, however we ask you to try Amazon as a book source first so that the project may benefit from your contribution. Students are of course encouraged to try their local and/or university libraries to evaluate books before committing large sums of money - although S.H.A.R.P. will be exceedingly grateful every time you do!
